Quoting sasi: no offence taken its nice to see girls looking out for each other .........
it is true there are many many broken hearts but unless you take steps to trust people you will never no whether they are worthy
i am a true believer in karma and what goes around comes around, |
Fair enough! However, I would like to just say that Turkish men are VERY proud and like to pay for EVERYTHING for their girlfriends if they possibly can. It is a bad sign that he asks for money. OK I will say no more !

Unfortunate to say, precident tells us that the guys who ask for money at the start of a relationship are usually those who have got 18 women on the go from every week of the summer...
IMO - If he needs a car, surely he should save like everyone else?!?!?

...this is a subject that we have discussed many times...and of course it is true that it is not good, nor possible, to generalize...but then again it is a bad sign when a turkish man asks for money. So far I have never heard about a turkish man asking for money that actually was serious in his relationship. But then again, I have only heard about a couple of hundreds of these cases...
If you have a long term-relationship going on where your turkish boyfriend asked you for money in an early stage of your relationship and he turned out to be seriously committed to you...then please let me know! I bet there must be one out there somewhere! Or am I wrong again?

To be honest, I think I'd raise eyebrows if an English guy asked for money to buy a car so soon after meeting!
I guess we shouldn't nit-pick, Sasi may be a lucky one but my advice - BE CAREFUL!!!!

My eyebrow would be raised, my phone would be unanswered and his e-mails would suddenly find their way unread into the 'junk e-mail' box if some 'poor' dude ever asked me for money! And this is regardless of race, nationality or creed!
