Beyaz Masa: is white table, it means tha place where your demands and complaints related to Zeytinburnu are conducted to the related people.

Thank for that, do you know of any sites i can go to get address's in Zeytinburnu? In particular for the Municipal Office, I am due to marry there in February and need to get the street address for my letter of freedom from my government.
