somehow i don't think the men were being serious with their offers of camels in return for marriage.
like you said what would the woman do with the camel?
and yes you are right, i didn't see many camels at all...though i did see a truckload of them in aswan, probably heading to the camel market.

Accourding to my knowledge,we export camels from Sudan,thats why maybe you saw this truck in aswan,its very near to Sudan.
