Here in Holland there are many ways of getting Turkish lessons. At least 30 of the more than 50 'Volksuniversiteiten' (people's universities, not really that level but it's the name) have Turkish lessons. I didn't choose that one (though they are cheap) because their classes have 20-25 students. My teacher is a Turkish man who came here 4 years ago and he provides lessons for small groups, my groups exists of 5 women. A bit more expensive (almost private lessons) but much more attention. And in the bookstores there are many books for learning Turkish with Dutch explanation.
