Most entertaining and interesting (for whatever reason)
For example, the people whose posts you always check when you log on. I don’t always agree with these people, but I love to read their posts and respect their wit and clever thinking

In no particular order (and apologies if I missed any obvious ones):-

Aslan
Lyndie (I miss you)
Sophie
Elisa
Ramayan
Deli_kizin
Slavica (and of course Duda's wonderful translations)
Capoeira
Trudy
Libralady
Teaschip
Qdemir
Catwoman (I had to put those two together!)
Lapinkulta
Bod
Karekin04
Canli
Rain
ChristineUSA
Femme Fatal

And…. Ok Robyn, sometimes amongst all the silliness, I find yours interesting too. lol!

Have a wonderful Christmas/Bairam everyone and happy new year

Let's see for me I would have to say pretty much everyone. Those who stand out to me the most are the following and for the reasons mentioned;

Roswitha- Most educational postings of links, Avid Traveler

aenigma x - Debater, humorist, strong women, animal activist and interesting posts

libra lady - Athlete, business women and interesting posts

Joey - Good posts, educational

Rain - Straight to the point, filthy mouth, hater of girlfriends seeking translations and debater

Canli- Great Translator, Pleaser

Pizza- Funny and my witch sister

Femme Fatel - I think Rains sister not sure, but straight to the point, great mother, good posts, humorous and witch sister

Keith L- Educated, Interesting posts and American

Ayla- Great Translator, My advisor on Jewish people

Catwoman - Intellectial, strong women, interesting posts

I'm sure there are alot more I haven't mentioned, these individuals just stand out in my mind.

You are right, it is the last Tuesday in the month ending with R. How convienent you have to go to bed now. I just got started, I have been gone awhile and have to make up for missed time spent here. That means I have to wait all the way until September 2007, before you are required to agree with me again. damn!

My top 5 list when it comes to entertaining posts:

-Aenigma
You know I loooove your sense of humor and your spirit. To be able to joke, someone has to be extremely clever and I know you are

-Aslan
You are unbeatable when it comes to 'bitching'. Love your witty posts

-Elisa
A year ago I thought you were all work and no play. I was wrong. You are one of a kind.

-Joey
Im dyyyying to see the innocent look in your eyes, when you say 'Me? No way!' lol Ooooo you're a fox!

-Qdemir
Your 'arguments' with catwoman have become a 'must' for TC. I enjoy each one of them

I could add Bod to this list, it was always fun to read his posts and Femme Fatal, for completely different reasons. Femme's posts are entertaining (in a way) but most of all, they are interesting to read. Love her way of going straight to the point, without hiding behind words or without caressing anyone's ears (greek expression )

Of course my all time favorite is AlphaF with the most clever posts, but he is not around anymore, so I ll send him my gratefulness through an email

Cheers!

Qdemir, you're being very unclear here. Which meaning of 'yenge' are you referring to? And yes, please stop flirting with me! You heard my reasons for being here, so your chances are nil. Plus, read what Aenigma wrote about the consequences of doing this... so you better watch out lol.

yenge
1. uncle´s wife, affinal aunt.
2. sister-in-law, brother´s wife.
3. used when referring informally to one´s own wife or to a friend´s wife: Yenge hanım nasıl? How´s your wife? Maalesef yengen gelemedi. Unfortunately my wife couldn´t come.
4. woman who helps and attends a bride.

Thanks Aenigma for bringing this to my attention, I must be harsh without even trying . But I really don't see what was so intolerant in my post??? After all he did say that I'm "his yenge"...

The contributors I always look out for are:-

Sophie = not here so often these days but always makes
excellent contributions.

Aslan = Where is she? Probably found a zillionaire and got
her whip out right now

Aenigma = very witty and honest.

Elisa = very helpful.

Deli_kizin = very interesting when she prises herself away
from Kadir.

CANLI = Very enthusiastic

Ramayan = always game for a laugh.

MrX67 = for his words of wisdom.

There are many more but these are the ones I read first.

I think that the most interesting members are the ones who are most active, because we get to know them better.
However, every member had both moments of glory and moments of weakness in his/her ability to captivate my (our) attention with the value and depth of their thoughts (for example me lol ). For me, it's not really single members' opinions that I'm looking for, but the combination of people with many different perspectives and experiences participating in discussions and each of them adding a different piece of the puzzle to the game... so that we can see the whole picture (I must add - unless someone is very aggressive and insists that everybody has to agree with him/her). It's awesome to have such a variety of people here.

Thank you to all the people who said they liked my posts .

Offfffff I forgot Joey in my longgggggg list! How could I have done this to my chief "critic" ! Joey is unique - he can make me cry with laughing, then next moment amaze me with his knowledge. He is very very canny and has taught me to check my facts before posting because he always knows when mistakes are made hehehe! The only problem I have with Joey is the football team he supports - ahh well. Nobody is perfect

Let's see Femme, you have made comments about needing to go attend to your little ones and you have spoken about your kids in a motherly way. I was assuming you were pretty attentive to them. Are you disbuting this? Your right, I don't know what your parenting skills are like... Maybe I shouldn't have used the term "great mother" instead "attentive mother" Who's Rain? Hmm...Someone who speaks his mind here.. How ironic... lol

My New Years resolution was to give up cheap vodka. I wish you wouldn't have pointed that out to all the members here Femme. But you should know, I am in my first step of my recovery program. Admitting cheap vodka doesn't do the job. I have switched to Jim Beam. Also, Femme I know Rain is married, but he heard you were a "great mother" and is intrigued by this wonderful quality of yours. So you never know what life brings. There maybe hope.

Yeah but Femme, have you not seen his body, his muscles? Also, an added bonus he does hair. You cant beat that a personal trainer and hair dresser all in one. What more can a girl ask for... But your right, the last couple I introduced got married, had a child and 4 years later now divorced. So, I'm probably not a good matchmaker.

Most entertaining and interesting (for whatever reason)
For example, the people whose posts you always check when you log on. I don’t always agree with these people, but I love to read their posts and respect their wit and clever thinking

In no particular order (and apologies if I missed any obvious ones):-

Aslan
Lyndie (I miss you)
Sophie
Elisa
Ramayan
Deli_kizin
Slavica (and of course Duda's wonderful translations)
Capoeira
Trudy
Libralady
Teaschip
Qdemir
Catwoman (I had to put those two together!)
Lapinkulta
Bod
Karekin04
Canli
Rain
ChristineUSA
Femme Fatal

And…. Ok Robyn, sometimes amongst all the silliness, I find yours interesting too. lol!

Have a wonderful Christmas/Bairam everyone and happy new year

...I am more than flattered to appear on this list!
You are the best, TT!

The contributors I always look out for are:-

Aslan = Where is she? Probably found a zillionaire and got
her whip out right now

...the zillionaires only appears in my dreams I´m afraid... ...thanks, sweetie!

Cheers!

...hehe...when it comes to true bitches...we are two of a kind, kaplan!
