It's also -ir for some one-syllable verbs (2 actually) which are derived from another verb. They are not supposed to be exceptions. That's why they are not included in the list.

ye-mek ye-r
ye-n-mek ye-n-ir

de-mek de-r
de-n-mek de-n-ir

And also while conjugating the verbs which has the suffix
of '-iş' that is the characteristic interactive verb,
geniş zaman suffix '-ar','-r' becomes '-ir'

Yes. I had already mentioned it:

Quote:

- if the verb has more than one syllable and doesn't end with a vowel, it's always -ir. No exceptions:
getir-ir, görüş-ür, beklet-ir, becer-ir, konuş-ur, etc.
