It is rather ironic that this generation have never had such a wide variety of contraception, made so easy (now they don't even have to take pills everyday) and yet there have never been so many teenage pregnancies as now.
This attitude that someone will love you more if you have a baby is, frankly, ignorant. It's great that there is no stigma anymore towards teen-pregnancies, but I fear for the next "unwanted" generation

Besides your point I find it also very difficult to understand that in these modern days there are so many young girls who believe in fairy tales about not getting pregnant as if they never had any biology on school! And believe me, the most wild stories you'll hear when you ask! (Ever used coca cola 'after' to clean yourself? How can someone be? How ignorant?)

This is just one of the fairy tales that were told to me as a health science teacher. And the girls who told me really believed it!

Tell me about it! talk about DUH!! To be honest I wasn't actually taught anything, but in most people's cases it's just a general thing you know about anyway.
There was this girl in my school and she was 14 and pregnant! Don't get me wrong she is a great mom, and a lot of people say so too, but a child having a child?!! Allahim!
