Do some of you sometimes feel like leaving all behind you and go to your love in Turkey?
Do some of you feel that all the tears you cry in lonelines slowly make a sea?
And that all the breaths you take alone blow your ship to him on that sea?
Do some of you feel so deeply touched when you hear turkish music?
Do some of you feel that you want to give in into this amazing explosion of passionate feelings for this special man? (or woman)
How can love be so deep, i sometimes wonder. I'm so amazed by all i feel. I feel like i wanna kiss turkish ground, then cry and be hold tight by my sweetheart.

I can only think of the safe feeling i had when i was in his arms. How can this strong feeling be?

Are there more feeling like me? And do they also sometimes feel like stupid love fools?

Or am i a lonely love junkie?

I have the same opinion, and I think to love someone is really a great and fantastic thing. Yes, love gives a meaning to our life.

Good luck to all in love

In my days, people refrained from discussing their intimate lovey-dovey affairs in public....That, of course, was three hundred years ago..

AlphF: you sound and explain like an english man a few years ago. Are you Turkish or English. I like your explanations.

Could someone please give a definition of a stupid love fool to me, the layman in love matters, as I find it difficult to comprehend the words of passion here spoken? To me they sound almost masochistic…

If You want a definition of true love, please read it in the poem below, that was in a very kind manner posted in the forum by Bliss. Here it goes:

TRUE LOVE IS "WE"
INSTEAD OF "ME"

True love is being the best of friends -
being able to say and share anything while
still being sensitive to the other's feelings.
True love is built upon complete trust -
complete by knowing that you can never
be deceItful or misleading, because to do
so would forever cloud the relationship
with doubt.
True love is knowing that you'd rather
be with this other person than with enyone
else, and yet you feel a sence of emptiness
when the two of you are apart.
It's when you always think of the
future in terms of "we" instead of "me".
True love is treasuring the touch of
the other person while feeling a sence of
contentment and completeness as you
emotionally and physically embrace.
True love is wanting to make the other
person happy and fulfilled in every possible
way while doing everything you can to
prevent their distress.
True love is a commitment to working
out the differences that will alwyas come
about when two people become one.
It is knowing that life will bring pain
and sorrow, but together, you will support
each other and overcome even the most
difficult times.
True love is showing and saying " I love you" even when you both know - through a simple smile - that doing so isn't necessary.
True love is complete within itself, and it
lasts into eternity/

AWWW...Deli_kizin, you are not a love junkie....you are young and happy...don't let these old people change your mind!! My sweety lives with me now, but when he was still in Turkey....just to say...I remember feeling this way.....just don't tell anyone...OK?

THOSE WERE THE DAYS
lyrics & music: Gene Raskin

once upon a time there was a tavern
where we used to raise a glass or two
remember how we laughed away the hours
and dreamed of all the great things we would do..
those were the days my friend
we thought they'd never end
we'd sing and dance forever and a day
we'd live the life we choose
we'd fight and never lose
for we were young and sure to have our way
la la la la...
those were the days, oh yes those were the days
then the busy years went rushing by us
we lost our starry notions on the way
if by chance i'd see you in the tavern
we'd smile at one another and we'd say
those were the days my friend...
just tonight i stood before the tavern
nothing seemed the way it used to be
in the glass i saw a strange reflection
was that lonely shadow really me...

And a grand song it was...A song that all people sing..

Yesterday, today or tomorrow.....All of us sing or will
sing this very beautiful song.....
There will be negatives...it matters not ...their rose
will fade one day.....
Cele mai bune urări.
I migliori auguri.

En içten dileklerimle TC !

Ciao TC....!
