I define them as soft porn, and extremely inappropriate for daily newspapers, also harmful for everybody who 'reads' such news.
There are some clearcut differences between Turkish papers and the things some people argue here. Latino cultures are also similar to Turkish.
Please, don't remove your membership Qdemir, this is not the point here. I am criticising some aspects of Turkish culture, I'm sorry that I directed my anger towards you, even though I hate those 'newspapers' and the mind-set they create in Turkish people. |
Ok now you're throwing in Latino culture too. Well why not throw in every culture that has males? I mean have you seen 'Sports Illustrated'? It even has a bikini issue each year and is read by women and men! It's considered a 'serious' magazine for all sport fans. Also 'Time' and 'Newsweek' have run ads for TV series like in the past BayWatch and those showed women in bikinis in very provocative positions. Unfortunately this is a world wide phenomenon. Sex sells everything from Coca Cola to children's clothes. Or haven't you taken the time to look at Children's clothing catalogs and the little girls dressed in pint size sexy women's fashion. I agree it is unfortunate and you have every right to complain about it. I also find it disgusting. But, it is a universal fact of life, NOT confined in Latino or Turkish culture! So stop feeling 'sorry' for we undeveloped people of undeveloped cultures! We are quite fine and in fact if you checked out our history you would have to take back your idea that we are an undeveloped culture. Our pyramids, contributions to math, science and agriculture will highlight that fact!

Heyyy girls,seriously,it would be a good idea,but will take lots of efforts.
To make a section for newspaper in TC,post 2 or 3 daily topics every day
Can be easy,and nice topics for us to practice and read.
Right ?
