Well, if you were Dutch I would say: start studying at university something like economics, intercultural studies, Turkish Culture & Language or management science. Then try to get a job at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs - and don't aim to high for starters, follow several courses at the (very expensive) Management Academy of the ministry and hope.... a lot. Besides that working in any other job in a foreign country for an organisation as VSO (Voluntary Services Overseas) would help. |
