It is bitter cold here in the North of England. Soaked in a hot bath to warm through.

Fortunately, when it does snow, it does not lie for long due to the salt in the sea air. As I live on the coast and next to the North Sea.

I would like to live in a warmer climate. Maybe that is why I bought apart. in Turkey. But see there are places like the Canaries and Cyprus, which have all year round warm climate.

Well I just came back from doing a Christmas assembly at a nearby primary school - the children all brought gifts for me to take back for the children i work with at a Centre for disadvantaged children. They sang a hymn "This little light of mine, I'm going to let it shine" and they all laughed at the assembly I prepared for them. So I'mn feeling happy - all warm inside because children give out so much energy wherever in the world they are-they made my day today!!!!

Hello Butterfly,
Use a humidifier.Place boiling water into a shallow pan and breathe in the steam for short periods of time. This is my grandma's remedy. Add in your vaporizer mint essential oil.It is excelent for bronchitis.

Garlic. If you can't eat garlic then make a maceration(a cold infusion) of 6 crushed cloves in 1 cup of water.Let it steep 6 hours.A tinkture made with 1/4 cup of cloves in 1 cup of brandy may be more tasty;take up to 3 tablespoons a day of this tincture.

Eucalyptus. It reduces the spasms of coughs and goes to work
against the bacteria that can cause bronchitis. Steep 1 teaspoon of dried leaves in 1 cup of water, and drink it three times a day. Breathing vapor of steaming eucalyptus leaves can also be shoothing.
Gecmis olsun, Butterfly

Now I can say how I feel.
It is holiday like Kelley said(but only for americans). It is weekend though everywhere. It is great.Enjoy your weekend. I do enjoy the holidays.Thanksgiving is like Bayram in Turkey. We enjoy the company of our extended families.I feel great and want to pass my positive energy to all of you, my lovely classmates.
Take care.
With best wishes Bliss

Today I feel GOOD.
I had lunch in the sun at noon, my face even got a slight tan! But still it's only like 5°C overhere (can someone confirm to me please that it is the middle of March already? )

And, after a week without warm water, I got my boiler repaired! Tonight I'll be soaking in a hot bath till I'm nothing but wrinkled skin!

I don't care who will use the lotions, as long as you don't fight about them. As for Boop and Bod, I just hope they wont make much noise while practicing. I want the rest of my guests to be able to have a quiet sleep

Good Bod, supporting the Belgian (and since a couple of years Brazilian as well) beer industry. Thank you

Parking it is easy. Selanik's marine is not far away from my home. But 'driving' this thing is the difficult part. And if you have to choose between Bod and Ramayan to handle this yacht, I m afraid you wont need the marine, cause you ll never reach the land. :-S
You might end up like Tom Hanks, castaways in a deserted island. But then again, that's not so bad ha?
Oh picture this:
You, the queen of the island, laying on the exotic beach, getting tanned.
Ramayan writing poems on the sand (i bet he ll have a great inspiration there).
Bod creating new skirts with babana leaves
And Elisa trying to find someone to tell her how a castaway is called in turkish and which suffix she should add in this case.

Give me my bikini, a glass of wine and a book, and I won't give a sh*t about suffixes

I might replace that book by "that gorgeous mysterious dark islander watching me from the bushes" by the time I finish my glass of wine

This means that by the time you ll have finished a whole bottle, the poor islander will be half dead, crowling instead of walking and at least 5 kilos lighter. But who cares about him? You ll be drunk and satisfied! Aferin sana!

Yeah! At first my boss was proud. He thought that the smile on my face meant i was a happy employee. Then, when i started murmuring in english, he got suspicious. And some time later he became sure. His next move? He unplugged the ADSL and now i have no internet at work

....but that is truuuuly terrrible what your boss has done Sophie - I feel for you from the heart of my bottom - now please pass the wine Elisa and lets go and find Alpha - I am sure he will be able to steer the yacht - he is obviously experienced

Look girls, I don't want to start a fight over a bed. I suggest we take turns, so that is solved

I just had an idea, keywords are "Alpha", "take" and "turns"..
