We often use the words 'teşvik etmek, cesaretlendirmek, motive etmek' in places of eachother.

Yes. 'Teşvik' and 'teşci' are Arabic words. But in many examples, we give slightly different meanings to imported words.

Anladım,çok teşekkür metehan,
Arabic is my langauge,so its a bit confusing sometimes, but i must admit, its very helpful too in learning Türkçe.

So i can say,

Çok teşekkür qdemir, beni böyle teşci ettiğin için.
Doğru mu ?
Yine umarım iki defa bu doğru olmuştur

Evet, doğru, CANLI. But as I said in my previous post, we don't use this old word 'teşci et-' in these days.
