Travel around the world for about a year while taking a leave from my work. After returning I would work less hours but I wouldn't quit it. I would help my mum and my sister, put some on a bankaccount for 'later', give some to charity, pay off my mortgage for a greater part (not all, that's not wise for refunding taxes) and if there is still left, I don't know yet. Can I think about that until I indeed win that money?

I'm not scared to spend money. But now I see your reply I know what I'll do too: buy me a private hammam including masseur....
