Use of the word 'URGE'

It means to strong recommend or make someone do or have something

I'll start with some examples.

Present tense

"I URGE everyone who doesn't understand this word to read my explanation"

"I URGE you to seriously consider this relationship"

"I URGE you to take your medication"

Present continuous tense

"I am URGING you all to take this English lesson seriously"

Past tense
"Miss Ceyda URGED us all to try harder with our lessons"

"My mother URGED me to work harder at school"

Future Tense

" I will URGE everyone to go to Istanbul in the summer"
(You see i'm not urging anyone yet, but I will later)

To URGE someone else, simply means you strongly recommend in this context.

ALSO

URGE, can mean a strong compulsion to do or have something.
for example.

"I have a very strong URGE for chocolate at the moment"

"I am resisting the URGE to kiss you right now"

You can have more than one URGE at a time. Which means you have URGES

I hope this is clear

Lyndie,

Bakıyorum döktürmüşsün yine... Pekala, thank you very much for your explanations regarding the use of URGE. I want to declare you my English teacher by your leave. From now on, I will consult you about the tenses of a verb with which I have trouble.(You see I am not consulting you yet, but I will later.) Meanwhile, may I continue to learn the use of those phrases? Thank you very very much again.
