I listened a singer from turkey called Tarkan, who sings very good .. I like much his music and I will like to know if exist other singers, like him..could tell me names of singers who sing this same style of tarkan songs...

I really like him,no I just love him and i think there is noone like him and his style,but i recommend you also Abidin(he looks just like him),Emre Altuğ,Doğuş,Ismail YK(he`s also good,different),çelik,özgun,hmmm Eser Bayar,Kenan Dogulu,I don`t know much about women singers...several songs only.. I see,now you have a big list with names.

Turkish music has so much to offer other than hitlist pop but it all depends on which genres you're into. Dilara's list is a really good place to start.

Also try Yalın, Teoman, Ebru Gundeş, Emre Aydin, Hakan Altun, Kibariye, and Ibrihim Tatlıses (was he mentioned already??)

Yaşar, Yalın, Kenan Doğulu, and Teoman are my favorites....

I agree with Turkishcobra, Sıla´s songs, especially the slower ones, are very good for learners I think, she´s a great singer, even if her slower songs seem a bit boring to me.

Also, she´s so beautiful...I´m so in love with her in her new video=)
