authority has given to the person mentioned hereunder to travel to .... during the month of may
anlayamadığım bu visa izni ile sadece mayıs ayında mı seyahat edebilirim? 31 mayısta sonamı eriyor?

nasil bir certificate oldugunu bilemiyorum tam olarak ama, gonderdiginiz yazidan 31 mayis'a kadar gecerli oldugu anlasiliyor. 31 mayis'a kadar gideceginiz ulkeye varip, 28 gunluk vizeniz, o ulkeye vardiginizda verilecek gibi anlasiliyor. vizeniz olmadigi icin ve elinizde vize yerine kullanilabilecek sadece bu belge varsa sadece mayis ayinda o ulkeye gitmek zorundasiniz sanirim..
