nasil bir certificate oldugunu bilemiyorum tam olarak ama, gonderdiginiz yazidan 31 mayis'a kadar gecerli oldugu anlasiliyor. 31 mayis'a kadar gideceginiz ulkeye varip, 28 gunluk vizeniz, o ulkeye vardiginizda verilecek gibi anlasiliyor. vizeniz olmadigi icin ve elinizde vize yerine kullanilabilecek sadece bu belge varsa sadece mayis ayinda o ulkeye gitmek zorundasiniz sanirim..
