I can see both Personal Pronoun and suffixes changed. But now could you gıve me a brief explanation about suffixes?
İ want HIM to live . onun yaşaMASINI istiyorum
İ want US to live . bizim yaşaMAMIZI istiyorum
İ want THEM to live onların yaşaMALARINI istiyorum.
Suffixes change a lot and İ got confuse.
Teşekkürler.

the short infinitive is being used here "yaşama" (the living) from the verb "yaşamak" (to live). to get the short infinitive, you normally just drop the "k".

so it is actually:
yaşamaSINI
yaşama + sı + n + ı
short infinitive + 3rd person singular posessive suffix + n buffer + accusative (because the verb "istemek" takes accusative case)

onun yaşamasını istiyorum = i want his living

yaşamaMIZI
yaşama + mız + ı
short infinitive + 1st person plural posessive suffix + accusative

bizim yaşamamızı istiyorum = i want our living

yaşamaLARINI
yaşama + ları + n + ı
short infinitive + 3rd person plural posessive suffix + n buffer + accusative

onların yaşamalarını istiyorum = i want their living

the n buffer occurs between two vowels on already prefixed words.

You need the verbal noun (or you can call it "short infinitive): for example the verbal noun of "bilmek" is "bilme" ("the knowing).
Then you add the possesive suffix, deppending of who is the person who is gonna make the verbal noun.
The third step, you have to add the accusative case or objet direct (-i/-ı/-ü/-u).

Example:
I want you to know = Ben bilme + n + i istiyorum

Litterally is "I want your knowing".

Could you tell me please, how can İ say:

"I WANT YOU TO"
I want you to know....
I want you to help me...
İ want you to live....
İ want you to kiss...

Thanks a lot in advance

my attempt...

seni...istiyorum.
i want you to know = seni bilmek istiyorum.
i want you to help me = seni bana yardım etmek istiyorum.
i want you to live = seni yaşamak istiyorum.
i want you to kiss = seni öpmek istiyorum.

Gerri, if these sentences were like these, ur translation would be true. But i want u do something. Hope u can understand these differences.

i want to know u : seni bilmek istiyorum
i want to help u : sana yardım etmek istiyorum
i want to to live u : seninle yaşamak istiyorum.
i want to kiss u : seni öpmek istiyorum

ah evet...düsünmüyordum. açıklaman için çok teşekkürler
