Dear Members,
As most of you had the chance to discover beautiful Turkey, i am sure all of you liked it very very very much indeed...
i am not sure whether you are members of another web sites, i know some of them arrange meetings for their members... the thing i wanna say is cant we have a meeting here in Turkey in a specific part that everyone can attend???
well,it would be great if we had a cup of tea together at least with all,and we would share our experiences.the Turkish ones would try to do their utmost to help marvellous members...
it may sound like a crazy idea but i am sure it will be worth doing it if we can arrange something like this..

waiting for the answers and the creative proposals...
regards...
Kurt

An advise to the people who will visit Turkey!!!Just dont leave Turkey without seeing İzmir Because:

Izmir is the pearl of the Aegean, a fascinating city whose history begins in themists of legend. Turkey's third largest city and second most important port,Izmir is the center of tourism in the region. This modern city still retainstraces of its ancient, Ottoman and Levantine past.
waiting for the answers and the creative proposals...
regards...

Maybe we can find a place to meet? I'll be in Hakkari for several months but I suppose that's not a good place for a meeting
I'm most likely going to Antalya for a couple of days and take a short trip to Aydın...suppose there's a bigger chance some of you are going there already as well.

Izmir is not on my itinerary and in Istanbul I don't know how long I will be there, maybe only 1 evening, the day before I leave home again.

Of course you may. I've made two itineraries, different in the first two weeks, after that it's the same. I know for sure it'll change - I know myself, but it's to get an idea.

The first one is including the real south-east but I hear so many stories about safety that i'm not sure.

Rotterdam – Elazig/Harput - Karadut/Kahta – Urfa/Harran – Tatvan/Ahlat – Van/Hosap - Iğdir – Kars – Artvin – Trabzon/Uzungol – Ordu – Unye – Samsun/Amasya – Sinop – Amasra – Safranbolu - Kastamonu – Eskisehir – Bursa – Tevfikye/Truva - Istanbul – Rotterdam

The second one is more in central Turkey.

Rotterdam – Elazig/Harput – Sivas/Kangal – Kahramanmaras via Kayseri - Gaziantep/Zeugma – Birecik – Halfeti – Urfa/Harran – Kahta/Nemrut - Malatya – Erzurum – Kars – Trabzon/Uzungol – Ordu – Unye – Samsun/Amasya – Sinop – Amasra – Safranbolu - Kastamonu – Eskisehir – Bursa – Truva - Istanbul – Rotterdam

Ooo Trudy that looks really exciting, whichever you end up choosing

Is it because of terrorism, that it's supposed not to be safe?

Partly yes, though I know that it exists everywhere in the world. And partly for another reason - I told you about.

But exiting? Wanna join me? lol

I'd love to travel around Turkey like you do but that's gonna have to wait. You could stop by for a quick visit in Hakkari

I like football, but last year in Turkey we had to endure all the "English" football fans watching the world cup - most of them have never kicked a football in their lives and they could manage England better than any ex/retired professional. How can I tell then have never kicked a football? How about 3 stone over weight gives you a clue

I think she wants to know which place you think she should go see

I'll be in Van next Monday, probably going to stay there a day before heading off to Hakkari.
