ok here goes its a long time since i feel in love but ,firstly it was his eyes so green he could see i was lonely and he showed compassion and approached me and said" you look lonely" around others he is strong and couragous but with me he is caring sensitive and gentle but also strong and firm , he is able to read my mood within seconds , he is my encourager when i need to be engouraged but is also my safety net when i fall, he respects my opinions even if he dosent agree with me ,he tells me i look great first thing in the morning and when i am feeling like s##t he never gives up on me
he ticks i tock, and he completes me. sorry guys if its a bit fingers down the throat job but there it is, and i dont know ramayan if thats what you meant either :-S

Intelligence and humour are important...but chemistry is what counts after all...where there is not chemistry there will not be love...no matter how funny and intelligent the guy might be...

I agree with Aslan! chemistry all the way for me!!! it does it every time.......if there is no chemistry then it is no good, it's what set's a relationship on fire

I'm attracted to confident but not arrogant men. Hard working and self respectful with ambition. Someone with a sense of humour so we can really enjoy our life together. Caring and sweet without being feminine. generous and loving. but also can be a strong disciplinarian when needed.someone who puts family first and believes in God. Oh wait.. I just described my hubby, man I am so lucky! plus ...very very handsome.

Certainly this is an honest answer I am sure - becuase before you have spoken the initial attraction has to be physical.
But this will not sustain a relationship - then there has to be humour, intelligence, empathy and deep affection.

Initially - confidence.....
The sort of thing that you can see outwardly - especially the confidence to stand out from the norm and to express an individuality.

Beyond that - it is that abstract and inate chemistry that makes relationships work. I don't understand it and I don't think I want to understand it at all cos then it might break!!!
