I have heard these two used.

Şu anda mutluyum
Şimdi mutluyum

The first is a bit like "at the moment" i.e. I am happy now, but who knows what will happen if you decide to pour yourself a gin from my bottle.

The second means is a bit like "at last, now" i.e. I wasn't happy 'cos I didn't have any gin, but now I am happy.

I haven't heard:
Hemen şimdi mutluyum

PS Cin is easy to get here. Every bakkal and Şok etc has it. Lemon and ice are easy too. But tonik is more hard. I have to go to a big supermarket e.g. Migros to find it. My local bakkal and Şok down my street don't stock it.

It's used when i'm ordering, people to do something,I often use it unsuccesfully with my wife

'git yanim'dan hemen simdi!='go get away from me immediately!

'buraya gel!hemen simdi=Come here!immediately!

can't think of any others at the moment, but you get the picture.
