Hello all,
I recently came back from my fiancee's in Istanbul and we watched the national football team game for Euro qualifiers and was quite impressed with the football, thankfully Turkey beat Hungary on the night. As for the Super league who supports who on Turkish class? my fiancee is Galatasray supporter and her nephew is Besiktas and her friends are Fenerbahce. Good to see Fenerbahce win tonight 1-0 at home although Besiktas lost on tuesday night. I was given the ring tone from Fenerbahce from my Turkish friends I think it is the one that celebrates the 100 years of them being a football club not sure what it is called but it is very good.

Ah Yes, that match was a good one to watch. First half was a little dull but then all of a sudden Zoltán Gera got sent off on the 63rd mintue and 5 minutes later Gökhan scored for Turkey and then Marco Aurélio hit the next one in 4 minutes later and then to top it off they made a final goal in the injury time.

ahh a new word I have learnt: yabancı But

have a look at Arsenal! Out of their 27 players only 2 are English!!! Then the 3 players that are either on loan to the gunners or on loan to other teams are English!
it's not goood :-S
