the "total score on site" and "contribution ranking among TLC members"
what do this mean and how are they ranked?:S

Good questions...I would also like to know. I have been on this website for over a year and mine has never changed. There is the possibility, of course, that I am not that helpful and my input is not as important as I think it is...oh dear...nahhhh!!

Elisabeth, but you HAVE an important imput! 
As for the total score: number of postings + 3 points for each uploaded picture + 10 points for each uploaded essay.

Yours has changed too. See for yourself: right now you have 446. If you post another one, you'll see right under your message in the forum the number up with one to 447. The same as on your control panel. (This doesn't work if you have uploaded pictures/essays, like in my case).

No, I don't really care. I enjoy it too much to care and I have made a lot of friends here. I am always grateful that my connections to Turkey have brought me to such an interesting and diverse site.
