Tie up one's shoes = ayakkabı bağlamak (maybe)
to be on all fours, TO CRAWL?=Sürünmek (maybe)

Dört ayak üstünde yürüyen kanatlı yaratıklar sizin için iğrençtir.
All winged creeping things that go on all fours are an abomination to you. ( From Leviticus )
Also
(Tüm yönleriyle mükemmel olan, like a term in Turkish : dört başı mamur)
The metaphor is taken from a horse, which is lame if only one of its legs is injured. All four must be sound in order that it may go ( for english language ).
