it is not difficult ; it is easy and there is no problem for qualified and cultured people…

I have a feeling that if you are prepared, have read the application forms so you know what they need to know before you enter the buildning ...and maybe know more about the person you are visiting than what you will find out late at night at ...some beach ...things will be ok.

I can't say expecting applicants to know his friends surname or name of the town -or even country- is asking to much... But hey, working with bureaucracy myself might have had its negative effects on my level of mental retardness. Stand in the line and smile and everything will be ok!
