yes it s true
e.g "yine karlar yagdi gonul dagima
kime ne soyleyim kime ne diyim"
a folk song by musa eroglu..





also "dusmek" is used as equivalent of "fall" and it s used for snowing too..
eg. "yilin ilk kari dustu"
but these are more folk or literary usages.

by the way "not duser duser bakarim" but "duser duser aglarim" is the song..
