Nowadays I have a feeling that TC is a translation centre and a place just for the ones learning turkish...but I see it as a family. I have made many pals here. And I want to thank them all for being my friends.
But I have a few questions such as...Is what I do wrong? Can't we use TC to make new friends from different countries and cultures, together with working on translations and studies? Is it not allowed for us to have fun in here? Shall we all behave ourselves and make TC another one formal website, strictly educational?

Family is the key word here. Yes, I also consider TC as a family, a very precious one.
So why do you feel bad? Don't we all do the same? Exchange messages with our new friends made in this website?
Actually I think that the friendly bonds between this class's members are the ones that make it so successful. We love and appreciate eachother and that's why we run to help everytime anybody asks for help. It doesn't matter if the subject is translations, studies or just human relations. What's important, is that we feel at home here...
Light arguments arise here sometimes, but don't you also argue with your real non virtual friends sometimes? I bet you do. It's all in the game...

There are some limitations to use the website the way you describe. You could check Forum Rules again but I will explain some rules in a simple way:
A few of these limitations are as follows:
1. Don't send invitiations to strangers for chatting (on msn, skype, icq etc).
2. If a person doesnt want your private messages don't insist on sending more.
3. Avoid personal discussions. Argumentative language is not allowed for personal discussions. Arguments can be written towards the public but not towards a certain member. If you want to write to another person do it only if you have something nice to say. If it is too personal considersending a private message.
4. If you want to do a chat use our chat feature and don't use the forums:
http://www.turkishclass.com/chatMain.php
Currently in the off-topic forum there is more flexibility considering language and spelling.
5. In forums don't use an annoying language or spelling. For instance the following are not a good idea in the forums. If these kind posts are outside the off-topic forum than they might be deleted.

I am sure there are many different and varied reasons for using this site - not least of which seems to be as a 'dating agency'!!
Anyway Ramayan your humour is much appreciated

I think the reason TurkishClass is a succes is becáuse of this family-feeling! I feel like i learnt to know good people, so i am not afraid to ask them weird language questions, whereas with someone i dont really know, i might feel shy.
Many people (mainly girls) here also need 'assistence' with the intercultural-love-affair-thing. Because everybody has become like a family here, we can also ask and discuss those kind of stuff because we feel comfortable with eachother
And i don't see it as anything more than normal not to use any abusive or aggresive language. That's called respect and respect is something international!
