Well actually there WAS requests for Femme to leave in a thread!!! That is the only reason I mentioned it!
I am just a little bored of the over-reaction every time Femme's name is mentioned! Like "poor Libralady" I do try to leave you well alone, but you enjoy replying to my posts and having a "pop" at me and I think you would miss me if I went!
I am also a little bit bored of constantly defending myself!
so iyi geceler and thanks for the lecture teacher

Houston we have lift off.
I've never said poor libralady either.
But the point is we all enjoy it to some extent, even if we do get a little bruised. We all have moments when we take ourselves too seriously and tend to like the sound of our own voices. What goes around comes around for all of us. Surely you see that?
Thank you Grasshopper

I believe our delightful correspondence began with a lengthy lecture about your thoughts regarding me and what I should do to improve myself.
It has continued ever since and given me much enjoyment thank you.

Yes, your timing was spot on . As far as I'm aware I haven't complained to you about the personal comments you have made to me. I just try to stick to sanctimonious lecturing about the way you conduct an argument. After several of our exchanges you have made references in other threads about me or things I have said. I don't think I've complained to you about this (others may have) simply because I've found it amusing.
I don't get angry with you, remember I teach a class of 5 year olds, no, I get exasperated. I do get angry though. at myself, for allowing myself to get exasperated by you. But I always find a good brood works a treat. I'm sure it's much the same feeling we all get when we've had a heated exchange. As I said before, forget it and move on.
Here endeth the lesson. (there's no sanctimonious emoticon )

Well you are right . . partially. The thing is erm . . . er . . . well . . . I didn't know you were such a tiger at the time and I was trying to give you some friendly advice. OK, a lecture, but not in a nasty tone . I thought you needed help with ETKO (how wrong I was )and ended up with a scratch or two myself. The rest is history. But the very nature of this site means people join in threads at will.
This thing could run and run Grasshopper and I have lesson plans to attend to. You can take the teacher out of the school but you can't take the school out of the teacher, unfortunately. As for the teacher tone . . . that's Junior teachers not we in the Foundation Stage . Totally different planet so the Juniors tell us, but they don't know how to have fun. Actually, I taught a class of 12 to 14 year olds in Istanbul in the summer, not much difference .
I'm rambling. Tarra then.
