And seems we have Müjde as Mod in language sections too
and Lady in red in Türkiye's section.

It seems like the section that needs the most moderating is the General/Off-topic section. That is where things really spin out.
In the Turkish Language Class User Statistics the Administrators are listed as Admin, Catwoman and Deli_Kizin. IOW there is no mention of the others.

That is because Administrators and moderators are different with different powers! Just don't cross the moderators if you value your existance they hold the plutonium ................
