Quoting Lindaxxx: Selam Hüso, bugün hayır ofis, kızımlar hasta. Evim bugün. konuşmak daha sondra.
This is what i think I have said.... Hi Hüso, today no office, my daughter's ill. I'm home today. Talk later. |
daughter/girl = kız
daughters/girls = kızlar
daughter's = daughter IS = is a verb, so not comparable to 'daughters' which is a plural form of a noun
Evim = I am house / My house
Ev-de-y=im = I am at home
Ev = house
de = in/at
y = binding vocal/letter
im = personal form of 'to be' for I.
But i think someone Turkish could understand you. If someone would say to you 'i am house / my house' you would still understand he/she means 'i am home' because of the words 'ill', 'no', and 'office'.
