Why do you say east or west? How about if the foreigner is also from the east? Or are you trying to start another east/west fight? 
Plus..Turkey considers itself part of Europe in football (and revolting song contests!)

life is heaven even in hell where to good peoples around,and its a dark prison to in the middle of the nicest nature or conditions if surrounded by bad peoples,so each square of Turkey different then each other for a foreigner as on all world
