Of course
For example my name is a Turkish name Damla which means Drop.but it doesn't make so much sense in English.But in Turkish you can find the emotion in it.
What else for example
Özge means different,apart from...
Gözde means favorite

Zümrüt=Emerald
Hilal=Crescent (Though this may be of Arabic origin)
Işın=beam of light
Esin=inspiration
Burcu=with sweet smell, fragrantly (but since it's an adverb it's really, burcu burcu)
Derya=sea, ocean
Deniz=sea
Gönül=heart, feelings
Nilüfer=water lily
Pınar=spring, fountain
Çiğdem=crocus
Yıldız=star
Ece=queen
Eda=affection

and so on...

Tünde is hungarian , but the hungarians are related with turks

hmm I like Emel very much...Deniz too - actually this is not my real name, because i am a bulgarian girl. My father works with turks and when they heard my name they came to a conclusion that it is too long(it is Dessislava) So they asked me what i like most and i said " I love the sea" - so here we go , now they call me Deniz
I like also Azra, Yeliz, Sevim, Şirin,Sibel,Ceyda,Suna,Derya......

Yes,ofcourse. It's a common female name. As far as I know, it's the first letter of the Arabic alphabet.
