Don´t they have regulations where you live, regarding final payment? In the US a final check must be presented to the employee, in full, on the last day of work. If not, then there are fines due as well.
Only in the country of Cali.. Typically, you can pay someone who is leaving the company in a regular paycycle, without having to cut a seperate check in most states. My gosh you people can even bank up vacation without loosing it...I had to pay someone 400 plus hours of PTO they had carried over for the past 10 years..It´s hard to remember all of your laws..

Ahhh yes, I forget how different we are here 
My gosh you people can even bank up vacation without loosing it...I had to pay someone 400 plus hours of PTO they had carried over for the past 10 years
That´s why most California employers make employees cash down to a certain level at the start of the fiscal year!
It´s hard to remember all of your laws..
Tell me about it!!!!
