Hi please can someone tell me what I have to do or forms that need to be fillied in so that my husband can come to england.

God does this mean that if you have any type of debt that they wont let me come over?

It is not difficult at all:

go to the home office website.
there is a form called 'claim your spouse' there, ( form number is HO-CYS-901)

you just have to fill it up and sign with the date.
(It is not a big form)
and make sure you check the relevant box (immediate spouses claim box)

ps..that assey is not up to date..new home office secretary has changed a lot of things recently..

I thınk thehandsom mıght have gıven you the wrong form number here, I think it should be HO-AX-901. I also think thehandsom has become a little bored again
