Sera,
I know that page..But all those forms are old..
New home office secretary 'Jacqui Smith' and Gordon Brown are trying to make fundamental changes to all this 'brining your partner in to the UK' problem.
They have been trying to make it as easy as possible (just one simple form and 'claim your spouse'!!), after receiving many complaints from the girls in similar situation.
I think, even The Archbishop of Canterbury intervened on this subject and said something publicly recently..(his criticism for the home office was coming from within the very concept of the eroding family values in the UK)

Ok Handsom thanks for the info, and just so we are clear i was trying to help out someone else on the forum not claiming that i had all the answers or even that this information was for myself.I am sure you are correct in what your saying and changes are trying to be made to the system. However there is no evidence of that on the websites that we have all been looking with no success today, hopefully they will provide this soon.
