Hi everyone,
I have only one month to go before I leave England bound for Istanbul and to be with my wife together, the plan is to achieve a TEFOL qualification and teach English there for my two year stay. Nesrin will then return with me to England to set up home in the U.K.

I hope still to have time to visit the T.C. class and hope to add some more input into living in Turkey from a English guy's perspective

all the best...teaching English make yourself familiar with callan method,i think nobody teaches that in Turkey...no effort, license cheap..a lot of satisfaction and pleasure seeing sts speaking English at once

Good luck there! I'm sure once you get teaching qualifications you'll have no problem finding a job or finding students if you prefer being self-employed.

Callan method? Yuck! I'm a visual learner so Callan would drive me mad. Still, some people love it...

Hi Richard

Just want to send my very best wishes to you and Nesrin for your future life together. I would imagine that at this moment you are very excited but also, at the same time, maybe a bit apprehensive. It's a big step to take but such an important one as this is now the start of your future. Good luck Richard and wish you well x
