Liz and Phil will be visiting Turkey this week for the first time in 27 years!! I wonder if I should get the best china out just in case .......

She is only an umbrella figure for the officials/experts who are coming with here. Those officials will be coming with some demands from Turkey again. One scope of the visit (according to the tv programme I watched on Sunday) is that next chief of Turkish General Staff shouldn't be the current candidate (İlker Başbuğ so they will press for another candidate.

Oh I was thinking the same thing....Can you imagine the translation requests..."Your Majesty, please get me a visa soon. I miss you so much. Somehow I thought you would be able to get one sooner than anyone else in the UK! I don't think you are trying hard enough. I will be forced to marry the Queen of some other country if I don't get that visa soon. But I do love you, I swear on my families eyes!"
