I WİSH ? = KEŞKE?
I WİSH I GO THERE = KEŞKE ORAYA GİTSEM
I WİSH I WERE THERE = KEŞKE ORADA OLSAM

(Implying that it's not very likely)

If only he wouldn't forget me and send me a letter.
(Implying that he does forget her)
