Is there KEŞKE word in English language?
I WİSH ? = KEŞKE?
I WİSH I GO THERE = KEŞKE ORAYA GİTSEM
I WİSH I WERE THERE = KEŞKE ORADA OLSAM

Yes, it should be 'if only'
Keşke bu yıl Türkiye'ye gitsek.
If only we would go to Turkey this year.
(Implying that it's not very likely)
Keşke beni unutmasa da, bana bir mektup yazsa.
If only he wouldn't forget me and send me a letter.
(Implying that he does forget her)

because your Turkish is so up to date/authentic in the sentence you wrote. For example, "Allahtan" and "dermişim". The sentence just sounded as if it were said by a native speaker

Keşke + no tense = a wish for now
Keşke + past = regretful thing that happened, or regretful thing because something didn't happen
Keşke annem burda olsa: I wish my mum were here (normal wish, not much strong sadness)
Keşke annem burda olsaydı: I wish my mother were here (I am very sad because she is not here)
