the suffix meye and meyi - to

Can someone explain to me when you should use meye and when to use meyi or are they both the same

Or if you can point me in the right direction if discussed before

yüzmeye gidiyorum i am going swimming

and you like same thing

yüzmeyi seviyorum i love to swim

sana bakıyorum i am looking at you

seni anlıyorum i understand you
