Quoting lady in red:

So what do you reckon the whole sentence should read then?

I have got no idea about whole sentence but here is my scenario;

Person 1 (At the phone, behind the computer) Hey brother, I have just found a girl at the chatroom, she may be an English, but what I must say to her?

Person 2 (With a schracthy and thin sound) say her "..."

Person 1 (Types to keyboard what he has understood as well as his brains poor capacity) vale veryo ay kolyo meitym yo ryt mayfern.

Person 3 (Hackling11: Who begins the thread) : “Turkish to English text message translation please; vale veryo ay kolyo meitym yo ryt mayfern. Thank you very much.”

Person 3 (Waits for a long time to find her/his eternal love) …

Person 1 (Also waits) …

Person 4-X (TC people) Reads a funny story about a love story that ends at the beginning
