Turkce sozluk var mi?

Selam!
iyi gunler arkadaslar!
Turkce - ingilizce veya inglizce - turkce sozluk istiyorum lutfen!

not online one cos i know lots of dictionaries online! but program to be installed on computer .. in order to be able to check words while am offline!
i tried babylong but it is not that good really so it would be great if someone can give me link for turkish - english or english turkish dictionary or wtever

btw! did i do so many mistakes in turkish sentence i wrote above

I used the usb cable and selected data transfare and it worked
Only one thing when i started to instal it said it maybe harmful and harm my device
'certificate not checked,unknown publisher something like that'
So is it normal,and should i instal it anyway ?

Yes Canli, you can install it, it is normal

Install only the .jar file it is enough

Now i have a Turkish-English dictionary on my phone

Just one thing,is there a way to download the Turkish characters on the phone ?
'Ö,Ü,Ğ,Ş,I,İ'

İ mean if there is a way same as in windows,we can download language to use in writtings,and at same time the used PC language is still same,in English for example

İ searched and found that you can change the phone code to different code then download the firmware then you can change the WHOLE phone language
Ps:
İf anyone interest in such Pm me to send you the link

İ dont want this,i want to use my phone in English as it is,and be able to write in Turkish too
İs there such download ?

İ have found this,i didnt try it yet
Altho its for Nokia 40 series but said it works for java phones too
There are other applications for S60 in that site but i didnt search them yet,too late for me and too sleepy too
