Well, there (sort of) is!!!

For any given suffix you either drop the vowel or add a fusion consonant and that rule remains same for that suffix in all circumstances........

At least that is how I understand it :-S

That "sort of" is a very diplomatic way of putting it!
I would say it differently, but I am not going to give you more food for thought because that doesn't do you any good

Seriously, of course I'm not the right person to say how it has to be formulated. According to me you got it right.

That reminds me of something, the "suyu"-thread and "the other exception! No answer to that one yet. I'm gonna put it on the first place of the "New in forums" list again!
