Afedersin, Yeni cevap yazıyorum. Kendimden geçmişim (or- uyuyakalmışım) bütün gün hastanedeyim. Gerçekten yüksek ateşim var. Teyzem (or- halam) mektubu bugün yollayacağına söz verdi.

Quoting sonunda:

Mylo-you were right with ´fainted´

I did wonder sonunda, but not being Turk maybe they have a better way of saying it? That´s why I askedI know ´bayilmak´ can be used informally, but as a medical condition I wondered if we could use the same word?

"bayılmak" same as "kendinden geçmek"

as you said "bayılmak" mostly refer to medical condition.

"Kendinden geçmek" close with "Uyuyakalmak"
