I´ll notice that "Eline Sağlık" is used generally and its replies can be change.

In example when a hairdresser cut my hair I say this to him, And he says "Sıhhatler olsun!"

in my former post:
If Mum made me a cake, I say her "Eline Sağlık" and she says "Afiyet Olsun!"
