Suhoor (Arabic:سحور lit. of the dawn), also called Sehri, Sahari and Sahur in other languages, is an Islamic term referring to the meal consumed early in the morning by Muslims before fasting, sawm, in daylight hours during the Islamic month of Ramadan. The meal is eaten before the sun rises, and before the fajr or dawn prayer. Suhoor as the morning meal is matched by iftar as the evening meal, during Ramadan.

I came to ask the same question, I think we can say:
Ramazanı Şerifiniz Mübarek Olsun!
or
Ramazan Mübarek Olsun
Other possibilities?

some things i have collected over the years with regards to Ramazan.
Bayramın (Bayramınız) kutlu olsun. - Have a happy bayram. Bayramınız kutlu olsun Bayramın (Bayramınız) mübarek olsun. - Have a blessed bayram. Bayramınız mübarek olsun İyi bayramlar. - Happy bayram.
Ramazan Bayramınız kutlu, her şey gönlünüzce olsun.
Bugün Ramazan Bayramı, Ramazanlar kesilecek sevap niyetiyle etler dağıtılacak herkese. Yürekler bir olacak gönüllere kilitlenecek. Gökler rahmet bereketiyle yağmurlar boşaltacak yeryüzüne. Bugün hepimizin yüreği şenlenip bayram sevinciyle coşacak. Hepimizin Ramazan Bayramı kutlu olsun.

Saba Cultural-Artistic Institute has produced over 100 hours of animation to be aired on national TV during the holy month of Ramadan which begins on September 2. The animations are based on religious, educational and recreational themes, reported Fars New Agency quoting Saba’s PR Office. Some of the animations will be broadcast on September 22 to mark the anniversary of Imam Ali’s martyrdom--the first Imam of the infallible household of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). Meanwhile, Ezzatollah Zarghami, the head of Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting, told the same source that producing animations based on Islamic concepts is a priority on IRIB’s agenda. Zarghami made the remark at the seventh nationwide festival of radio and TV productions on prayer and supplication. “Our main priority is to produce educational animations particularly those for promoting prayers,“ he said. Zarghami added that animated works can better convey educational messages to children and young adults. Saba Cultural-Artistic institute is currently producing the animation series ’Interesting Stories’. The 13-episode series, directed by Saeid Panji, is based on stories by Fatemeh Yarahmadi.
