It is true that ´Daima´ is derived from Arabic ´Da´iman´ and means > ´For ever´

´Her zaman´ tends to mean > ´Hep´ > ´Always´

 

However there is no hard and fast rule [to my limited knowledge] ... when speaking face to face, the interprtation will be reinforced by facial expression, gestures and tone.  In written text one would have to be a professor of Turkish to differentiate between the two.

 

SO DON´T FEEL FRUSTRATED!!!!!!!!!
