Çok sevilen = most loved - is given as ´favourite´ in the dictionary so I don´t see why this can´t be used.
Why the ´dir´ ending on ´nerede´ - its not a formal sentence.
çok sevilen: literally: one that is loved a lot
is more like popular.
Favourite would be "en çok sevilen". And this would be "the favourite one", not specifically personal to me, my favourite.
"En çok sevilen Türk nerede?" would be "where is the most popular Turk?" or "Where is everybody´s favourite Turk?"
To personalise it, you need to make sevilen from passive into active, and then also put the me ending.
en çok sevdiðim: my favourite.
