thank you. I have a horrible feeling the last word is something to do with a donkey but spelt in a slang way. Are there any natives that can confirm this for me please?

so its actually a word them...hummm its bugging me now. I think i have heard it before, but only when my husbands been angry haha

 Not necessarily a "proper" word............. just because there are lots of hits {#lang_emotions_lol_fast}

I meant that its spelt correctly even if its slang. Might just have to ask hubby

I guess it means something like "son of a donkey", it can be both sarcastic and insulting depending on the use.

eþ = partner, husband, wife

eþek = donkey

oðul = son

so son of a donkey is a possible translation
