eþ = partner, husband, wife

eþek = donkey

oðul = son

so son of a donkey is a possible translation

it means "son of a donkey" but it is not that offensive at all, usually men use at for joking between friends.

Phonetically ashol ashak from Arabic - or used by a lot of Arabic speakers I knew - in a bit of jest but derrogatory too meaning - "son of a donkey"
